The museum in Kunovice has ranked among the world's elite. It has acquired an ultralight from the 1930s.
The aviation museum in Kunovice acquired a new aircraft for its collection at the end of March. It is the HM-14 machine nicknamed Pou-du-Ciel, or Heavenly Flea. "It was a kind of predecessor to today's ultralight aircraft. People built Heavenly Fleas at home in the 1930s and 1940s according to a book guide. Anyone with a bit of skill could manage it," says the museum director Martin Hrabec about it.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of this event, which is popular with both adults and children. "Every year, about a hundred people of all age groups come to us," says the museum director, Martin Hrabec.
