Extensive rope centers resemble the trails of animals for which the forest is home. Squirrels, martens, dormice, badgers, foxes... Their lives and movements inspired the creators of the Kingdom of the Forest to allow you to glimpse the secrets hidden in the greenery. You will also learn to recognize trees. You will discover the properties of wood and the possibilities of its use. You will identify the tracks of its animal inhabitants and understand the laws of life in the forest community. You will have the opportunity to play on an original dendrophon, try out a tactile path, or peek into an insect hotel.

The new Šumava Forest Kingdom is truly generous. Do you want to experience what happens beneath the green forest carpet that is visible from the Tree Top Walk? Are you tempted by the idea of becoming a part of the forest community, even if just for a moment?

In the Kingdom of the Forest Lipno, you will find not only original climbing frames, zip lines, tree towns, but also rope structures or a maze. For those who want more, a giant forest trampoline is prepared. The new forest area can be accessed either by cable car, trail bus, or along marked walking paths. The Kingdom of the Forest is located a short distance from the Tree Top Walk Lipno.

The museum in Kunovice has ranked among the world's elite. It has acquired an ultralight from the 1930s.
The aviation museum in Kunovice acquired a new aircraft for its collection at the end of March. It is the HM-14 machine nicknamed Pou-du-Ciel, or Heavenly Flea. "It was a kind of predecessor to today's ultralight aircraft. People built Heavenly Fleas at home in the 1930s and 1940s according to a book guide. Anyone with a bit of skill could manage it," says the museum director Martin Hrabec about it.

In Kunovice, they are preparing for the annual aircraft washing. Everyone can get involved.
The Aviation Museum in Kunovice, located in the Uherské Hradiště region, has planned its traditional aircraft washing event for the public, known as Event U, on Saturday, March 21. This year marks the 10th anniversary of this event, which is popular with both adults and children. "Every year, about a hundred people of all age groups come to us," says the museum director, Martin Hrabec.

Prague Bike Fest 2026: The largest cycling festival in the Czech Republic will bring inspiration and a dose of adrenaline to the Exhibition Grounds for the fourth time.
Visitors can look forward to exhibition shows, bike testing, and a special program for children. The last weekend of April, April 25-26, 2026, will once again transform Prague's Exhibition Grounds into a cycling paradise. Following last year's record attendance of over 12,000 visitors and 124 exhibiting brands, it will offer two days full of adrenaline, inspiration, and fun for everyone – from passionate athletes to families with children. Visitors can expect the popular show featuring big air jumps, races, competitions for prizes, lectures, and of course, an introduction to new products. This year's event will again be held under the auspices of the Czech Cycling Federation.

The marsh turtles have ended their hibernation and the sousliks at Sklenářka have emerged from their burrows. Zoo Prague officially welcomes spring. Zoo Prague is open every day in March from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Bear Trail: Bears return to the Krkonoš Mountains after 300 years
The Tree Top Trail in the Krkonoš Mountains in Janské Lázně is preparing a new visitor attraction called the Bear Trail. The project is being developed in collaboration with the Dvůr Králové Safari Park and the KRNAP Administration, and its aim is to connect the experience of mountain nature with education and respect for wild animals.
