Sauna rituals have become a phenomenon in wellness centers across Europe in recent years, and at Wellness Holešky, we have decided to bring this popular trend to our customers in a unique, customized form. Our goal is to offer an unforgettable experience that allows you to fully enjoy peace and relaxation. In our rituals, you won't have to worry about being disturbed by anyone in the sauna. On the contrary, our experienced sauna masters, Sarah Matilda Rysková and Jan Putera, will guide you through each ritual and enrich your sauna experience with harmonious scents and sounds of meditation tools. Come and immerse yourself in deep relaxation and recharge your energy. Schedule of rituals: April to September - Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday October to March - Every Tuesday and Thursday 18:00 - Music relaxation with incense 19:00 - Herbal with birch whisk 20:00 - Music relaxation with incense 21:00 - Herbal with birch whisk Description of rituals: Music relaxation with incense - Enter the world of deep relaxation and let yourself be carried away by unique sounds of meditation tools, such as rain sticks, Tibetan singing bowls, gentle drums, and harmonic chimes. Each tone is designed to bring your mind and body to a state of calm and harmony. The ritual is enhanced by magical scents of incense combined with essential oils, creating an unforgettable experience full of comfort and deep relaxation. Herbal with birch whisk - Indulge in the intense scent of dried herbs, gentle touches of birch whisks, and the beneficial effects of herbal infusions that will take you into the heart of nature. This ritual draws inspiration from Latvian and Lithuanian traditions, where "Pirts" (Latvian sauna) is perceived as a healing ceremony that helps restore balance to the body and soul. Through ancient techniques that support regeneration and deep connection with natural forces, you will experience a unique ritual that will cleanse your mind and invigorate your body with new vitality. What is a sauna ritual? A sauna ritual is an intense procedure lasting 10-15 minutes that combines traditional sauna bathing with relaxing and sensory elements. During the ritual, the sauna master pours water on the stove, increasing humidity and intensifying sweating. The ritual may include the use of aromatic herbs, incense, and meditation musical instruments, such as Tibetan singing bowls or chimes, which promote deeper relaxation and regeneration. This experience is not just about physical warming but also brings psychological relaxation and detoxification, harmonizes the body and mind, and enhances the feeling of connection with nature. The capacity of each ritual is limited to 24 people, reservations are not possible. The entrance fee includes 90 minutes of sauna (+ 10 minutes for changing), during which you will be able to participate in both types of rituals.
