Join us as we explore the places in the Old Town that were made famous by the writer and poet Géza Včelička in his novel Prague Mystery!
We will be tracing the footsteps of the remains of two Czech patron saints – Saint John of Nepomuk and Saint Agnes of Bohemia. We will talk about the "migratory" statue by Ferdinand Maximilian Brokoff and the now-defunct provostry of the Cyriak order with the red heart on Dušní Street. We will take a walk around the baroque complex of the monastery and hospital of the Merciful Brothers at Na Františku and enjoy the view of another monastery, this time early Gothic, founded by Saint Agnes of Bohemia.

The aviation museum in Kunovice acquired a new aircraft for its collection at the end of March. It is the HM-14 machine nicknamed Pou-du-Ciel, or Heavenly Flea. "It was a kind of predecessor to today's ultralight aircraft. People built Heavenly Fleas at home in the 1930s and 1940s according to a book guide. Anyone with a bit of skill could manage it," says the museum director Martin Hrabec about it.
