Summer yoga lessons in the garden of Veleslavín Castle
Take a moment for yourself and come to a yoga class in the beautiful surroundings of Veleslavín Castle on a summer evening. Gentle yoga for healthy backs led by Pavla Halířová will stop you, relax you, stretch you, and strengthen you. The class will take place every Thursday from 6 to 7:30 PM depending on the current weather - either inside the castle in the Sala Terrena or in the garden area. Mats and other equipment will be available on site, and your own yoga mat is welcome. Admission is voluntary (recommended 200 CZK).
