The concert "To Zuzana Navarová in Heaven," which will take listeners through the entire musical era of the phenomenal Czech artist, promises an exceptional experience. The creative collaboration between the Hradec Králové Philharmonic, the band RAZAM, and singer Iva Marešová was created on the occasion of last year's significant anniversary of 800 years of Hradec Králové, the birthplace of Zuzana Navarová. The evening, which will feature the most famous songs such as "Andělská," "Malování," "Námořnická," and "Naruby," will undoubtedly offer strong emotions associated with the celebration of the life and work of an unmistakable personality in the domestic scene. The project, valued by both experts and the general public, recently achieved great success at the Rock for People festival, where it captivated the audience. The Headliner magazine wrote about it: “It was an excellent concert that soothed the soul, and a very powerful musical experience during which time seemed to stand still and all other stages fell silent. We can only thank Rock for People for bringing such performances.” The unique project will offer the audience new arrangements of Zuzana Navarová's songs, which come alive in the original and sensitive interpretation of the acclaimed singer, the band RAZAM, and the Hradec Philharmonic. It thus follows up on the highly praised performance by the Klicpera Theatre titled "And Then I Fall Asleep and Get Up." The singing will be complemented by William Valerián. The subtle and grand arrangements of the songs were created by Radek Doležal. The powerful experience will also be enhanced by the modern circular auditorium of Nová Spirál, where the audience becomes almost part of the performance and the stage is almost at their fingertips. The newly established multi-genre cultural space is equipped with the latest technologies and a hall with a revolving stage. Iva Marešová is a Czech singer, actress, and songwriter from Hradec Králové. She is a co-founder of the international group RAZAM, in which she performs in various formations with Belarusian accordionist Aliaksandr Yasinski, drummer and pianist Radek Doležal, guitarist and bassist Michael Vašíček, guitarist Vladimír Šrámek, violinist Marc Čaně, and Russian violist Ilia Chernoklinov. She also has a wealth of experience in musicals, for example, as Joan of Arc at the Kalich Theatre. In addition to her own activities, Marešová was a singer for the band Precedens from 2016 to 2019, has guest-performed with bands Blue Effect and Čechomor, and has collaborated with Michal Pavlíček, Jiří Škorpík, Oskar Petr, and David Bowie's guitarist Gerry Leonard. In 2023, the director of the Hradec Philharmonic, Vladimír Šrámek, initiated a very successful sold-out joint concert. This led to the idea of recording the joint songs on an album, which was released last year titled "At the Bottom of My Soul."
