The exceptional dance evening Young Blood will showcase a new generation of dancers who are on the brink of great careers.
The Future of Czech Dance on One Stage: Young Blood 2026 Will Dance at the Vinohrady Theatre. Those who will soon be talked about are already here. The exceptional dance evening Young Blood – Dance Gala of Talents 2026 will present a new generation of dancers on May 24 at 5:00 PM at the Vinohrady Theatre, who are on the brink of great careers. Young performers from all over the Czech Republic will meet on one stage – personalities who, despite their age, impress with their technique, charisma, and strong artistic expression. The program will offer a diverse mix of choreographies from classical ballet to contemporary dance, showcasing dance in its most vibrant and current form. Young Blood is not just a gala evening. It is a moment when the future of the Czech dance scene is born. The project is led by former soloist of the National Theatre Adam Zvonař, in collaboration with Jana Malisová, owner of the agency Art in Motion, who together support young talents and create space for them on the professional stage. Adam is currently directing his energy towards working with young dancers and developing a new generation. It was his initiative that led to the creation of a platform that gives talents the opportunity to perform on a professional stage and gain experience that can significantly influence their future direction. "A dancer needs to experience a large stage, an audience, and the atmosphere of a real gala. Those are the moments that push them forward," says Adam Zvonař. The organization is supported by AZ Ballet Academy Prague in collaboration with the agency Art in Motion.

One such place is the Bürgerhaus U Váhy on Nádražní Street in Smíchov. A building that appears unremarkable at first glance hides within it the story of old Smíchov, family traditions, honest cuisine, and hospitality that is not often seen today. U Váhy is not just a place to go for a beer or lunch. It is a house with a memory.
