A group of old acquaintances arrives at the villa of a wealthy man they haven't seen in years. They expect a farewell and an inheritance, but instead, they get a weekend that breaks them down into pieces.
The villa of wealthy Viktor Hoffman fills up with guests over the weekend, who believe they have come for a share of the inheritance. A writer in a creative crisis, his weary wife, an ex-lover, an ambitious real estate agent, and a theatrical hairdresser with a Chihuahua create an explosive mix that doesn’t need a spark – just a bit of wine. And when it turns out that everything is different than they thought, a crazy avalanche is set off, as everyone wants to get to the bottom of the truth – and a bit to the property as well. A madcap comedy from the director of the hits "Known Unknowns" and "We’re Going for Team Building."
