When he discovers under unusual circumstances that he was adopted, he learns about the existence of his younger brother Jimmy. Jimmy lives in a small town in northern France, works in a school cafeteria, and plays the trombone in the local orchestra. Thibaut soon recognizes Jimmy's extraordinary talent and decides to right the injustice of fate. This touching comedy presented in Cannes tells the story of two brothers who seek a way to each other through their shared passion.
