Hell is returning to the Exhibition Grounds! Furry demons, fire, chains, and newly the Hellish Cauldron – the Krampus show is celebrating its 5th anniversary!

Get ready for the night when demons come alive and hell opens right in Prague. On Saturday, November 29, 2025, the outdoor area of the Prague Exhibition Grounds will transform into a revelry of hairy creatures, heavy chains, thunderous bells, and fiery shows. At this year's popular Krampus show, we are celebrating the 5th edition – and hell will be bigger than ever!

New edition

Visitors will encounter more than 200 Krampus devils from legendary Austrian parades as well as from the Czech Republic. They will provide a proper dose of adrenaline that you will feel as soon as you catch sight of their terrifying masks, stinky furs, and fierce looks. Austrian groups with traditional masks will also be present, which will take your breath away.

„This year we are celebrating a small anniversary, and if it weren't for the two breaks in 2020 and 2021, it would already be the seventh edition. It is incredible that this show continues to find more and more of its audience. And we are happy that we are organizing this fantastic event right here at our Exhibition Grounds. For this year's edition, we have prepared a novelty that we call the Hellish Cauldron. A capacity-limited and enclosed space for the bravest, aged 18 and over, who are not afraid of the devils breaking loose. We believe that the audience will appreciate this gift,“ says Renata Lišková from the programming department of the Prague Exhibition Grounds.

Family Afternoon and Night Hell – Two Shows, Two Levels of Fear

Krampus Family Show – for little sinners

  • 3:00 PM opening of the area
  • 4:30 PM–6:00 PM main parade
  • For children aged 3–15 (accompanied by parents)
  • Up to 150 devils and a route approximately 600 m long

The afternoon part is tailored for children and more sensitive souls. The Krampuses here are indeed scary, but milder, and there is a promise that they will not take little naughty ones to hell. Young visitors can look forward to a small reward from the hellish helpers, and of course, to create an even better hellish atmosphere, children in costumes are welcome!

Krampus Night Show – when the devils break loose

  • 7:00 PM opening of the area
  • 8:00 PM–9:30 PM main parade
  • Entry from 15 years, minimum height 120 cm
  • Hellish Cauldron (18+) only for the bravest

The evening belongs to brave souls who are not afraid to face evil head-on. During the night show, the Krampuses will literally be „unleashed“ and you will find yourself safely in danger. Whether you will end up in bags heading to hell will depend only on the weight of the sins you carry!

This year's novelty is the zone „Hellish Cauldron,“ which can only be entered by adults 18+ with courage and a special ticket. There, the devils know no mercy: they can tease you with a switch, pull you into the parade, or even „kidnap“ you.

Krampus Photo Zone – your selfie from hell

  • 12:00 PM–7:00 PM – Rychta building (next to Bistro Artyčok)

Before the show starts, you can take an original photo with the Krampuses just for yourself. Each slot lasts 5 minutes, photography is possible for up to 5 people, and you will be accompanied by 1–3 devils. Don't forget to bring your own mask – hellish styling will add the right kick to your photos!

Note: a ticket for photography is not a ticket for the show.

Fire, Light, and Devilish Sausages

During the event, two gastro zones will be open with hot drinks, devilish sausages, warm tea for children, and other hellish treats. There will also be a light and fire accompanying program, and the entire day will be hosted by moderator Karel Kašák.
