The lecture will focus on the intimate yet historically significant relationship of Marie Červinková-Riegrová with her grandfather František Palacký, as captured in her extensive notes from the years 1866–1889. These records represent not only a personal testimony but also a unique source material illuminating how the personality of the "father of the nation" was perceived within the family circle and how his legacy shaped the next generation. The lecture will analyze the themes of family intimacy, Palacký's role as a moral authority, his influence on shaping Marie's patriotic beliefs, and her strong desire to become a continuator of her grandfather's legacy. Special attention will be given to how the author, through the collection of archival materials, the study of contemporary literature, and plans to write his biography, enters history herself as a systematic documentarian of Palacký's life.

Original songwriters Xindl X and Tomáš Klus, one of the most popular Slovak bands No Name, as well as a number of young stars: Kateřina Marie Tichá, Adam Mišík, Berenika Kohoutová, and PamRabbit will play. From more alternative formations, we can mention Poletíme? and Midi Lidi. And from the theater offerings, there will be SpitfireCompany and Vosto5, for example.
