A new edition of Gourmet South Moravia 2025 has been released into the world, bringing a fresh overview of the most interesting things you can taste in the region. The businesses were nominated in the spring of 2025 by the South Moravian public through suggestion forms. Expert evaluators then took on the role of secret guests to assess the quality of cafes, bistros, restaurants, wineries, and breweries. They selected 58 establishments from Boskovice to Znojmo, where honest work, excellent cuisine, and an atmosphere worth traveling for come together.
