"If someone wants to experience the most interesting aspects of modern Polish cinema in one summer, it would be hard to find a better opportunity. We have included films that have received acclaim from critics, festival juries, and audiences, showcasing how diverse and confident Polish film is today," says Jerzy Armata, Polish film critic and long-time collaborator of the 3Kino–Polish Film Festival Prague. "We didn't want to create just another summer cinema. Our goal was to offer an experience that combines quality film, the inspiring environment of the Hybernská Campus, and screenings with sound through headphones. This creates a much more intense connection with the film while respecting the unique character of the place and its surroundings," says 3Kino director Vavřinec Menšl. The Hybernská Campus will transform into an outdoor film evening venue this summer. 3Kino will present a selection of contemporary Polish films and connect Prague with Warsaw through powerful stories, European cinema, and the unique atmosphere of summer cinema in the city center.
