Before the Cross, a celebration of everything that lives, bubbles, and ferments will bloom.
The second year of the Fermentation and Pickling Festival will take place on Sunday, May 3, 2026. From 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the outdoor spaces in front of the club will transform into a unique marketplace full of probiotic treats, workshops, and expert lectures. Entry to the event is free. The phenomenon of fermentation has experienced a renaissance in recent years. The Fermentation Festival will offer the best from the Czech pantry and connect professionals and experts with home-experimenting enthusiasts. Among other things, the event will feature a workshop led by the author of the well-known book "Fermented," Zuzana Ouhrabková. Staying true to our community nature, there will also be a space reserved for home fermenters who want to showcase their successes or would like to exchange cultures.

In mid-May, over 20 winemakers will arrive in Prague. They will bring seven thousand bottles of rosé wine.

A total of 36 stalls, including 21 winemakers, tastings of rosé wines and clarets, along with suitable gastronomy and a rich accompanying program – all this will be offered at the 15th edition of the Růžový máj festival.
