The annual family yoga session in Stromovka is back, and we are already looking forward to the great atmosphere of yoga for parents and children under the tree canopies.
When? By the end of June: Friday 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM During the holidays, we plan to practice twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. What can we expect in the lesson? Each outdoor lesson will include children's yoga, where we will move children according to their age in positions inspired by animals and things around us. The children will also play movement games, and there will be relaxation techniques and exercises for healthy legs. We will also try some light acrobatics and partner exercises for parents with their children. Part of the lesson will be dedicated to you parents, so you can stretch as well. Meanwhile, the children can play with others or have a picnic together. We will meet 5 minutes before the start at the Planetarium, and the practice will take place in the surrounding area. We usually meet here: https://mapy.cz/s/lonapanahu Bring a mat or blanket for exercising and something to drink (and food for the children:). We will practice in the shade of trees, but I recommend applying sunscreen on both yourself and the children. Also, please take insect repellent as a precaution. Price for a 60-minute lesson: 150 CZK/parent + child or 200 CZK/multiple family RESERVATION REQUIRED! Please make a reservation in advance, as I use various props in children's yoga, and it is necessary to know in advance how many and for what age children to prepare the props. Suitable for children from approximately 18 months. There is no upper age limit for the child :) Make a reservation using the form: https://forms.gle/NGPPVoMJG5LjuhgWA The event will not take place in case of bad weather or if the lesson is not filled with at least 3 families.

The International Children's Day is approaching, along with the parental dilemma of how to combine a top-notch culinary experience with a peaceful afternoon where even the youngest family members won't get bored. The Gastroaliance Together breaks the myths that you must only sit quietly in good restaurants. In Together's establishments, children are the main stars.
