September portion of flavors at Together

The end of September brings a hefty portion of flavors to the gastro alliance Together. From the mussel festival to unconventional langos and cheese fondue, as well as a world barbecue, steamed buns, and a sweet cream roll ride. We present a quick overview of the most interesting things that will still appear on the menu in September.

New edition

Fire el fuego in Mexican (September 22 – 28)

The first food festival at the Mexican restaurant brings four juicy dishes inspired by grilling from around the world. On the menu, you will find brisket from a Texas smoker, Argentine chorizo, piri-piri chicken, and grilled shrimp in Matcha salsa. Pair it with tequila and a proper heat.

Mussel Festival in Bruxx (September 18 – 24, 2025)

Bruxx will once again dive into the waves – the mussel week is coming! On the menu, you will find bouchot mussels from Mont-Saint-Michel and mussels from Denmark, the Netherlands, or the island of Föhr. Each type prepared differently, perhaps with chanterelles, rhubarb, roquefort, or veal salsiccia. Traditional mussels in white wine and the legendary "mussel Bruxx" will also be present. And as a side? A homemade baguette that will help you wipe your plate clean.

Cheese Fondue in Bramborách (September 22 – 28, 2025)

A cheese journey in Bramborách! Two types of bubbling fondue and six potato sides that are just begging to be dipped. In one version, you will find Blaťácké zlato with Herold, in the other raclette with Emmental. Accompanying it, perhaps a confit potato wrapped in bacon, rösti, croquettes with smoked knee, or roasted pumpkin. Simply cheese nirvana in the middle of September.

Langoš in Vinohradský Parlament (September 24 – 30, 2025)

In the Parliament, langoše are fried as you (don't) know them. Fluffy dough made from Agria potatoes prepared twice a day is the base for combinations you might not think of for langoše – for example, with venison tartare and truffle mayonnaise, with pulled duck and Kampot pepper, or with brisket and sausage crumble. And to finish? A sweet version with blueberries, sorbet, and a macaron.

Cream Rolls at Cukrář Skály (September 24 – October 7, 2025)

The beginning of autumn marked by sweet nostalgia – a limited cream roll ride starts in Dlouhá street. First, a coffee one, then a gingerbread one with pear – creamy filling cooked with gingerbread spices is complemented by pieces of boiled pear and wrapped in light buttery puff pastry. Two special editions that will warm you just like the autumn sun.

Steamed Yeast Buns in Sia (September 25 – October 5, 2025)

Steamed, fluffy, and packed with flavors – Sia brings a limited offer of filled buns inspired by Asia. The menu includes a version with Sichuan beef in chili oil, spiced chicken with peanut sauce in the style of Indonesia, and a salmon-shrimp patty with citrus mayonnaise à la Japan.
