IN THE DJA RESERVE, THE SNOW-WHITE GUERÉZY YOUNGSTER IS SEEING FOR THE FIRST TIME.

A baby mantle guereza has been born at Prague Zoo. This is the first addition of these African monkeys in the Dja Reserve pavilion. It is also the first Prague baby of the rarer Kikuyu subspecies, which the zoo has been keeping since the beginning of this year. Unlike its black-and-white parents, the baby is snow-white, a color that will only last for a few weeks. The female Lebamba is a first-time mother, but she has taken on her role well. However, it is important to remember that the baby, whose sex is still unknown, has not yet overcome the critical period. It is already on display in the main exhibition of the pavilion, which, along with the guerezas, is inhabited by a family group of lowland gorillas.

In Prague, October 2, 2025 - Prague transformed into a holiday paradise for one day yesterday. Although the city has already shifted into the cool autumn, Margot, known for its unmistakable taste of coconut, rum, and chocolate, turned its slogan "This is what a holiday tastes like" into reality. On Prague's Štvanice Island, it set up the largest hammock in the world, covering an area of over 230 m², comparable to a tennis court. Instead of clay courts and forehands, relaxation was served here. The record-breaking hammock was officially confirmed on-site by a Guinness World Records commissioner who traveled all the way from London for the event. Margot thus made its entry into the world record book and brought a holiday atmosphere to Prague like never before. The newly introduced Margot MINI bar then demonstrated that even with the mini version, you can experience the maximum holiday enjoyment.
