THE BEST OF PRAGUE: UNIQUE BREWERY, OUTSTANDING FOOD, UNFORGETTABLE ATMOSPHERE

Located in Prague’s iconic Masaryčka building, designed by Zaha Hadid, FUZE is the only restaurant in the Czech Republic with its own glass brewhouse – brewing fresh, unfiltered beer right inside the dining room. It’s an experience you won’t find anywhere else.

New edition

The food is just as impressive. FUZE serves one-of-a-kind dishes made from top-quality ingredients. The legendary Thor’s Hammer — a 700g slow-braised and wood-fired beef knuckle for 2 to 4 people — is unlike anything else in Prague. There’s also the Beef Wellington with truffle mushroom duxelles and demi-glace, and the Shrimp Roll with 12 Argentine red shrimp, cognac cocktail sauce, and fries. And that’s just a taste — the full menu offers more, including monthly specials that bring seasonal variety.

With two floors and outdoor seating, FUZE offers one of the largest and most original restaurant interiors in Prague. The design blends modern architecture with industrial style, warm wood, leather, street art, and curated details — creating a truly memorable setting.

Live DJ sets every Thursday to Saturday create a lively, welcoming vibe. FUZE is also one of Prague’s busiest lunch spots, serving around 700 meals daily.  Weekends welcome families with a special menu and a small children’s corner. Don’t miss top Czech spirits and coffee roasted just meters away by Made in Coffee.
