Next Thursday, the Holešovice market will belong to pizza. The PIZZA! PIZZA! POP-UP will take place here.

Anyone who wants to enjoy a proper pizza, aperitivo, and an evening with friends under the open sky before the end of summer should make their way to Holešovice next Thursday, September 3rd. The fourth edition of the traditional Italian pop-up event called PIZZA! PIZZA! POP-UP will take place at the Tržní náměstí in the Holešovice market. From 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, visitors will be offered freshly baked pizza in many varieties, ice cream, prosecco, and specialty coffee. There will also be music, a negroni bar, Italian lessons, and other accompanying programs. Admission is free.

New edition

This year's edition will bring together more than twenty participants in one place. You can look forward to Pizza Metro, Mate's PIZZA TRUCK, PIZZA Therapy, Pinsa Al Forno, HOLY PASTA, La Mia Spitzeria, Spojku Karlín, Ňam.Ňam.Piaggio, PIZZAKOLEM, Picošku, Vege Stará Placka, Naše maso, or Cukrárnu U Moučků, who will offer their specialties for just one day. This year, in addition to a wide representation of Neapolitan pizza, there will also be the so-called Detroit style pizza, which will be prepared for you at the Third Coast Pizza stand. And for those who have tasted pizza so many times that they want a change, there will also be pinsa, fresh pasta, arancini, or sweet Italian desserts available on-site.

And it won't just be about eating. Drinks will be provided by Gin Twist, Aperol Ape, Milujeme Prosecco, Pivovar Chroust, and Garage 22 with a negroni bar. Bovelii Caffé will arrive with its red Piaggio and specialty coffee roasted in Italian Parma. The atmosphere will be enhanced by music, Italian language lessons by Lingua Nostra, and jewelry inspired by coastal life from Beads & Lemons.

PIZZA! PIZZA! POP-UP is already the fourth continuation of the gastro event that annually brings businesses focused on Italian cuisine to the Holešovice market. This year's edition will feature even more participants compared to last year, and visitors can look forward to both familiar faces returning to the event and newcomers.

The event will start at 11 AM and will last until 10 PM. People can come for lunch, stop by in the afternoon for coffee and dessert, or arrive in the evening for a drink and something good to eat. PIZZA! PIZZA! POP-UP will thus offer one of the last opportunities to enjoy the end of summer with food and drinks under the open sky.
