The Harry Potter: The Exhibition world exhibition is heading to PVA EXPO Prague Letňany. It will showcase original costumes and props from the filming.

One of the most successful traveling exhibitions of our time is heading to Prague. Harry Potter™: The Exhibition will open its doors on August 6, 2026, at the PVA EXPO Prague Letňany and will offer visitors a unique opportunity to enter the stories that have captured the hearts of fans around the world. The interactive exhibition, which has already attracted more than four million people, will showcase authentic costumes, original props, and unforgettable settings inspired by both the Harry Potter™ film series and the Fantastic Beasts™ films, as well as the play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

New edition

Visitors will become part of a magical adventure thanks to modern interactive technologies, testing their skills in Quidditch, brewing potions, repotting mandrakes, or exploring all four Hogwarts houses. The exhibition will also offer a unique insight into the behind-the-scenes of film production and allow visitors to admire iconic objects, costumes, and sets that helped create the magic of one of the most successful stories in modern pop culture. Fans can also closely admire the first edition of the book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, which was at the very beginning of the magical story. And that's not all! In the introductory hall, they can enjoy a screening of "from book to film," which will bring the story of Harry Potter and his friends back to life through inspirational videos and quotes.

Authentic Costumes

One of the biggest attractions of the exhibition is the authentic costumes worn by the actors of the most famous characters from the film series. Visitors can look forward to the school robes of Hogwarts students, elegant outfits of the teaching staff, and the distinctive costumes of the main heroes. Every detail, from the embroidery of the house crests to the carefully crafted accessories, reflects the extraordinary craftsmanship of the film's costume designers, who helped create one of the most famous film worlds of all time.

The exhibition will showcase the costumes of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley, as well as other beloved characters whose appearances have become an integral part of the entire phenomenon. Fans will be able to admire the outfits they know from key scenes in the films and discover details that often remained hidden on the big screen.

Part of the exhibition will also provide a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes work of the film's costume designers, who will reveal to visitors how the visual appearance of individual characters was created, how their costumes evolved throughout the film series, and how the choice of clothing helped tell their stories, highlighting character traits and transformations over the years spent in the magical world.
