„We are very happy to open the eighth branch of Zrno Zrnko right at the edge of the gastro zone around Dlouhá třída and we can bring what we believe has been missing there: a good café with specialty coffee and honest artisanal baked goods. In basic aspects, the Bakery Bistro Zrno Zrnko Revoluční is similar to our other branches. Our most popular products, such as sourdough bread, baguettes, pastries, croissants, and brioche, are not missing," says Ondřej Kuchař, co-owner of the artisanal bakery Zrno Zrnko, adding: „In many ways, however, the new bistro is different and unique. We have newly filled the position of creative chef, which is held by May Tran Hru – co-owner of Bistro Večerka in Brno and founder of kmbch coffee with many years of experience in the gastro business. We look forward to new ideas and creative concepts that will enrich our products and the new branch. Compared to our other establishments, we offer customers in Revoluční, for example, cakes from Happy pops by Monika Pelešková.”

Zrno Zrnko is an artisanal bakery located in the Nusle district of Prague. The adjective „artisanal” in the case of this bakery is not just a good-looking word without content, but a daily reality. Sourdough breads, baguettes, pastries, croissants, brioche… every piece here is baked from the best basic ingredients, with a predominance of handwork that is gentler than machines, and the dough is given enough time to fully develop its flavor. You can find the Bakery Café Zrno Zrnko next to Nusle (Čestmírova 17a), also at Tylák (corner of Bělehradská and Rumunská), at Senovážné náměstí (Senovážné nám. 978/23), in the center of Brumlovka (Vyskočilova 1422/1a), in Holešovice (Palác Elektrických podniků, Bubenská 1477/1), in Dejvice (Dejvická 574/33), in Smíchov (Toyen 3410/7, Prague 5), and a new Bakery Bistro has been added on Revoluční street. Along with excellent baked goods, you can also enjoy equally delicious coffee at Zrno Zrnko. Zrno Zrnko has its own espresso blend – the result of collaboration with experts from the Czech roastery Dos Mundos.
