The concept author Nikol Prokešová on the creation of the Czech Cabaret Show: „The cabaret genre processed at a truly high level has been missing in the Czech Republic until now, so in 2018 I longed to create a truly rich and original show that would refer to the cabaret tradition not only of Prague but also of all of Europe in the first half of the last century. I started working on a concept that had to work for me especially emotionally and visually. During the process, I was inspired by many things, from history to film, music, and theater from around the world, as well as the processing of original cabarets. Regarding the cast of the cabaret, I did not want to choose artists based on their popularity; I was looking for personalities as such. That’s why our ensemble is incredibly diverse; you will find professional dancers and artists, but also actors, stunt performers, and underground performers. Each one of them is a unique personality, and as I say, there are no big or small roles here; every character has its own character, which is complemented by costumes, props, and integration into the show. I believe we have managed to create a truly amazing piece that will entertain audiences for many years to come. Trust me, one visit to the Czech Cabaret Show will not be enough; we are constantly improving and slightly changing the show. The very diversity and variability of the program guarantee that you will always notice something new and unseen.“

The museum in Kunovice has ranked among the world's elite. It has acquired an ultralight from the 1930s.

The aviation museum in Kunovice acquired a new aircraft for its collection at the end of March. It is the HM-14 machine nicknamed Pou-du-Ciel, or Heavenly Flea. "It was a kind of predecessor to today's ultralight aircraft. People built Heavenly Fleas at home in the 1930s and 1940s according to a book guide. Anyone with a bit of skill could manage it," says the museum director Martin Hrabec about it.
