Come and try working with clay at one of our weekend workshops at the Ethnographic Museum!
The workshops are suitable for beginners and intermediate participants interested in trying out various clay crafting techniques. The individual lessons are led by experienced instructor BcA. Jakub Nakládal, who has many years of experience in teaching pottery courses for both adults and children. He gained his qualifications while studying ceramics and sculpture in Uherské Hradiště and at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ostrava. Jakub Nakládal's work is characterized by a realistic approach to modeling, casting forms, working on the potter's wheel, and using free drawing in decoration. In his courses, he enjoys consulting participants' ideas, thereby advancing their intentions.
