Through a shared intuitive play on instruments and sound, you will experience deep relaxation, tranquility, and gentle targeted neurobiological tuning. The program takes place in a safe and respectful creative environment, without the need for musical skills. The meetings are conducted as an experiential program focused on wellbeing and are designed as a cycle of six tasting sessions (it is also possible to attend individually), which gradually offers new techniques, tools, and methods for working with sound and vibrations.
