A one-day celebration of filtered coffee is returning to Prague – this time in the beautiful premises of Klementinum. After a two-year hiatus, the beloved festival Filtruj! is back in Prague – an event for all lovers of filtered coffee. This year it will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the beautiful spaces of Prague's Klementinum (National Library of the Czech Republic). Filtruj! is an event that combines specialty coffee, a slow pace, a spring atmosphere, and community gatherings. Visitors can look forward to tasting booths featuring specialty coffee from carefully selected roasters, various brewing methods – from drip to batch brew to AeroPress – as well as a space for relaxation, inspiration, and informal meetings in the tranquil atmosphere of the historic complex. "Filtruj! is a one-day celebration of filtered coffee! On Saturday, May 24, we will meet at the most beautiful place in the center of Prague and taste the best coffee from leading specialty roasters," says director Tereza Vybíralová about Filtruj!. The festival will also include a supporting program and the opportunity to take home merchandise made specifically for Filtruj!. The entrance fee includes all-day free tastings and can be purchased on the GoOut.cz website.

Jurkovič Villa will come to life in April with the exhibition "Record of Disappearance" by the young Czech designer, the fresh winner of the Designer of the Year 2024 category at the Czech Grand Design Awards, and the artistic director of the Rückl glassworks, Kateřina Handlová. With her original artistic approach, passion for detail, and combination of glass with other materials, she is one of the most talented Czech designers today, demonstrating how the boundaries between art and functionality blur.
