A biographical film about Charles Aznavour.
The film takes us through the life and music of Charles Aznavour, from his childhood in an Armenian family that fled to France before the genocide, through his early performances in Parisian cabarets, to his encounters and collaborations with personalities like Edith Piaf, culminating in the peak of his career when he forever won the hearts of listeners around the world. The film Aznavour reveals not only his successes but also the challenging moments and difficult life decisions that shaped his work and himself. Tahar Rahim, who portrayed Charles Aznavour, prepared for the role with incredible intensity to make his performance feel authentic. The actor says about his preparations: "I took dance lessons, but of course, the most time-consuming was singing – six to eight hours a week for six months. Even during filming, I continued with lessons in the evenings. The same went for the piano. I had to practice everything to perfection to make it look credible, so in the film, you ultimately see my own hands playing. It was simply not possible for anyone to excel in music more than I did!"

Netflix today unveiled the first official trailer for the upcoming sequel to the successful detective film Knives Out. Fans can look forward to the return of the charismatic detective Benoit Blanc, played by Daniel Craig, on December 12. The new installment, titled Knives Out: The Awakening of the Dead Man, will feature a star-studded cast, including Josh O’Connor, Glenn Close, Mila Kunis, and Jeremy Renner.
