The complete program is available at spectaculare.cz.
The festival spans across the city from the industrial Meetfactory, through Palác Akropolis, CAMP, Lucerna Music Bar, SaSazu to AVOID Gallery and the Mirror Chapel of Klementinum. The program will run until April 10, and tickets are on sale via Goout.
“Spectaculare is for me a platform where music can sound in full depth – without pressure on trends, emphasizing authenticity and a focused experience. It is our extension and deepening of the philosophy of the Music Infinity series.” explains dramaturg Josef Sedloň.

The festival will open on March 5 at MeetFactory with a duo of prominent figures in contemporary electronics – Rival Consoles and Ben Lukas Boysen. Both share a sense of detail, working with dynamics and the ability to build tension from subtle structures and gradually transform it into an intense sound mass. On March 7, live French producer Thylacine will perform at Lucerna Music Bar, whose music combines inspiration from travels, distinctive melodies, and pulsating rhythms in dialogue with pianist Bravin Karunanithy. The evening will open with a unique domestic combination of piano and modular synthesizers by Beata Hlavenková and HRTL.

On March 11, Palác Akropolis will become a meeting place with the British label Tonal Union. The Danish project Blue Lake and the London collective Akusmi will offer delicate, layered compositions where ambient naturally intertwines with minimalism and contemporary jazz. On March 18, the British trio Mammal Hands and the Danish duo Bremer/McCoy will arrive at Palác Akropolis. Two different approaches to rhythm, repetition, and melody – one evening that will show how diversely modern European jazz can sound.

Ambient depth combined with strong visuals will be brought on March 16 at CAMP by the evening of the German label Affin featuring producers Joachim Spieth and Markus Guentner – a meditative dive into soundscapes where time flows at a different pace.
The festival does not forget the club format either. On March 20, Bike Jesus will transform into a night laboratory of contemporary electronics. Dutch producer Feiertag will bring a groove-oriented live set straddling house and broken beats with live percussion, while British producer Klaverson will complement it with a combination of analog synthesizers, deep bass lines, and hypnotic vocals.

On March 28, the Mirror Chapel of Klementinum will host Piano Day Prague 2026, this year featuring guest Otto A. Totland and the project Mazoch & Libánský. A day dedicated to the piano will offer fragile, contemplative moments as well as contemporary approaches to this traditional instrument in the historic spaces of Klementinum.
The strong electronic line of this year's festival will conclude on April 8 at SaSaZu with a concert by Berlin multi-instrumentalist Apparata, who brings his new album A Hum of Maybe. His music oscillates between club energy and introspective melancholy, between song and experiment. The live band format of the project brings rawness and precision – and is among the highlights of this year's program.
The thirteenth edition of Spectaculare will close on April 10 at Palác Akropolis with Canadian composer Flore Laurentienne, who combines orchestral arrangements with analog synthesizers into slowly evolving compositions on the border of light and silence. He will perform in Prague for the first time. The evening will open with Polish pianist Zuzanna Całka with an intimate, layered piano set.

Film screenings: Portraits of personalities
The film section at Bio Oko will present four prominent music documentaries. The film Ryuichi Sakamoto: Opus captures the final concert chapter of the Japanese composer, Desire: The Carl Craig Story brings closer the life of the Detroit techno legend, the film Monk in Pieces maps the world of experimental composer Meredith Monk, and the documentary S/He Is Still Her/e: The Official Genesis P-Orridge Documentary offers an intimate look at the artistic and personal story of Genesis P-Orridge.

Workshops and exhibition at (A)VOID Gallery
The accompanying program of the festival also includes practically oriented workshops and an exhibition project. The workshop by Jana Hanáka (Sonority) will open the theme of restarting creativity and working with creative blocks, while the meeting HRTL & Mary C at Synth Library Prague will offer a detailed insight into the functioning and sound of synthesizers. In the visual realm, the festival will present the exhibition Acta rationis at (A)VOID Gallery, a joint project of visual artist Jan Hladil and HRTL. The installation translates the record of a chess game into a space of objects, light, and sound, transforming rational structure into a living, sensory experience.
“This year we are genre-wise broadly spread from ambient, through jazz to electronic experiment. Personally, I recommend the opening evening with Rival Consoles and Ben Lukas Boysen, and the return of Sascha Ring aka Apparata. His new album is fantastic and I can't wait to see how it sounds live,” concludes dramaturg Josef Sedloň.

Spectaculare_13 thus connects this year prominent names of the global alternative scene, new discoveries, and audiovisual projects in carefully selected Prague venues – creating a coherent map of contemporary music that can be experienced across the city and genres.
