The lecture is inspired by French culinary art. This time it will focus on the story of truffles and their journey to the stage of European gastronomy, as well as on champagne, which has been inseparably linked to France and its gastronomy since the 18th century. Guests: Jaroslav Procházka, a sommelier and expert not only in French wines, will focus on the history of champagne, its varieties and brands, and Štěpán Hiršl, who deals with the import and sale of truffles, will answer the question of what makes this special and unique mushroom so popular, what types of truffles are available to us today, and why and from where they are imported to us.
