A smile that lasts this year on the topic of dental hygiene. The preventive health event of the Prague 4 municipality will be part of World Oral Health Day.
The Prague 4 district, together with the Budějovická Dentistry, invites you to the second edition of the preventive-educational and entertaining event "A Smile That Lasts." This year, the theme is oral hygiene under the expert guidance of Mgr. Petra Křížová from the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. The program is part of World Oral Health Day, subtitled "Happy Mouths are... Happy Lives." The special guest will be actress Kateřina Ujfaluši.
You can look forward to a rich program: a dental hygiene consultation with Mgr. Petra Křížová and students from the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague, measuring sugar in nutrition with Mgr. Klára Tupá from Colgate-Palmolive, practicing proper tooth cleaning, and a presentation of premium dental cosmetics MontCarrote, competitions, and information about the benefits of the VZP ČR insurance company.

Prague Bike Fest 2026: The largest cycling festival in the Czech Republic will bring inspiration and a dose of adrenaline to the Exhibition Grounds for the fourth time.
Visitors can look forward to exhibition shows, bike testing, and a special program for children. The last weekend of April, April 25-26, 2026, will once again transform Prague's Exhibition Grounds into a cycling paradise. Following last year's record attendance of over 12,000 visitors and 124 exhibiting brands, it will offer two days full of adrenaline, inspiration, and fun for everyone – from passionate athletes to families with children. Visitors can expect the popular show featuring big air jumps, races, competitions for prizes, lectures, and of course, an introduction to new products. This year's event will again be held under the auspices of the Czech Cycling Federation.
The project "Educate Czechia" is launching. It responds to children's unpreparedness for school and the mental health issues of adolescents.
In the Czech Republic, a new educational project called "Educate Czechia" is starting, which responds to the long-term problems faced by Czech education and families. It addresses the unpreparedness of children in the first grades, the deteriorating physical fitness of children, which can lead to obesity, and the mental health issues of adolescents. The project aims to provide parents with quality information and systematically support the development of children from preschool age to adolescence, encompassing the existing educational activities of doctor and author of educational publications Jana Martincová.
