The unfortunate operetta conductor dreams of a career as a great philharmonic while traveling to see his beloved violist. However, he shouldn't be conducting while dreaming. He has an accident that costs him his eyelids. He gets prosthetics that click with every blink. The clicking is a problem for the conductor. He is dismissed from the operetta, and his beloved leaves him too. In an attempt to commit suicide, he is saved by a man who suffers from dizziness due to his own height. He is an excellent mycologist who takes him to his home in a panel building in Brno. There, in the elevator, they find a naked clerk who is having a wild sexual night. He has escaped from a beautiful aspiring actress who, however, loves a movie star. Meanwhile, the movie star is lurking in a nearby hunting stand for a doe with whom he wants to live because women have disappointed him. All these unfortunate souls are being watched by magical does from the nearby forest, who simply cannot stand it and, at one point, gather and go after them. Each of them will have one wish granted. But even that does not always help.
