The first premiere of this year's theater season at Fidlovačka will be a new adaptation of the cult film musical "The Lady on the Tracks." The new version by Lukáš Pečenka plays with the original material and develops it with love and respect for contemporary audiences: alongside the now-classic melodies, several new songs by Petr Malásek with lyrics by Václav Kopta have been added. "The Lady on the Tracks" invites viewers on a journey (by tram) through the complex yet entertaining fate of a woman.

Morning espresso, cappuccino after lunch, or coffee to go on the way to work – few beverages hold such a firm place in daily life. Every year on October 1st, the world celebrates International Coffee Day, which honors the diversity, quality, and tradition of this drink. And just as the ways we prepare and drink coffee change over the years, new and unusual combinations also emerge – such as the combination of coffee with the famous Irish whiskey from the town of Tullamore, which in the form of Tullamore D.E.W. Café Honey takes on a surprisingly new dimension.

This idea gave rise to the project Taste Mělnicko, which connects gastronomy with travel and shows our region in a slightly different way.

The September menu of the restaurant TADY CHUTNÁ balances between the freshness of the last summer days and the first pronounced flavors of autumn. Fresh goat cheese, Czech balsamic vinegar, borscht with pelmeni, tuna according to Jindřich Vaňha, and pears in caramel. And if the chef David Kalina had to choose just one dish? Definitely the tuna.
