The Film Orchestra Prague is a musical ensemble focused primarily on the interpretation of Czech film music. Its repertoire includes significant titles such as The Maiden and the Beast, The Cremator, and Oil Lamps, as well as music from films by the author duo Svěrák–Uhlíř, such as Lotrando and Zubejda. However, the orchestra does not limit itself to domestic creations – it also engages with other musical genres and, of course, world film music. As a result, it offers listeners a diverse and attractive program that connects the best of both Czech and international film music scenes. Prague Music Week 2026 will give space to women who are shaping the music industry.

The fourth edition of Prague Music Week, which will take place from November 4 to 6 at the Prague Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice, is revealing its program and introducing new features. Over the course of three days, visitors can expect 30 debates, presentations, panels, and practical workshops featuring hundreds of leading domestic and international figures from the music sphere.

Onion soup with cheese croquette, royal oyster mushrooms in unexpected company, and veal crepinette based on a recipe over a century old. The October menu at TADY CHUTNÁ has a weakness for honest sauces, autumn flavors, and contrasts that invite one bite to lead to another. This time, the chef's tips are two: oyster mushrooms and Esterházy crepinette.
