The oyster season is here again, and you can head to the Belgian restaurant Les Moules in the heart of Prague for mussels every Tuesday. You pay for one portion, and the second one is completely free. The promotion works on the basis of a voucher that the restaurant will send you after you make a reservation.
And what is served? For example, mussels in white wine, mussels with fragrant roquefort sauce, Thai-style mussels served with jasmine rice, or "Natur" mussels on celery stalks.

The Prague Exhibition Grounds will host the 10th anniversary of the Heroes' Day event this year, which has long been dedicated to the theme of civil protection and the work of integrated rescue services. The Golden Cross delicacies have been part of the Prague gastro scene for over a hundred years. Since 1916, Alois Zoufalý has been attracting visitors with luxurious sandwiches featuring lobster and champagne. Later, a different era came – generations of Prague residents still remember the ham sandwich on salad, 150 grams of Russian salad with a roll, or traditional pastries. However, gradually the Golden Cross lost its luster, and when it finally closed in 2024, the media wrote about the end of an era.
