Try your hand at the art of beer pouring at the Tapster Academy!

In the Czech Republic, we say: the brewer brews the beer but the tapster makes the beer. The tapster is the one who ensures you enjoy your beer to the fullest — and now you can become one too. At the Tapster Academy, you’ll learn how to perfectly pour traditional Czech styles like Hladinka, Šnyt, and Mlýko. Whatever you pour, you drink! You’ll also take home a tapster certificate and a personalized gift.

Savor a Tasting Beer Sommelier Dinner

This five-course tasting menu is the perfect opportunity to broaden your beer horizons and go beyond the classic Pilsner lager. Look forward to a variety of beer styles from the Czech Republic and across Europe, each carefully paired with a dish designed to enhance the flavor and character of the beer.
