Pendulum is returning to the Czech Republic. In November, they will perform in Prague as the headliner of the Imagination Festival.

Imagination Festival, the largest Czech indoor festival, invites fans of electronic music to another unforgettable journey full of audiovisual magic. On Friday, November 15, 2024, it will return to the newly renovated Křižík Pavilions at the Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice, where it will take place for the first time since 2017. The headliner will be the Australian group Pendulum with a DJ set. Imagination Festival will feature a total of 17 international stars and 11 representatives from the Czech scene across two stages. Visitors can look forward to unique music showcases and several premiere performances for the Czech audience.

During the Imagination Festival, visitors will be introduced to 17 elite performers from abroad, who will showcase the best of the genres Drum & Bass, Hardstyle, and Hardcore on two stages. This year, the Imagination Drum & Bass stage will shine with many interesting names. Visitors can look forward to unique music showcases from three labels. Blackout Music will present Merikan, Myselor, and Pythius, Eatbrain will feature Jade, State Of Mind, and Teddy Killerz. The local Hoofbeats Music will also be there with QO, Symplex, and Bones. The highlight of the evening, not only on the Drum & Bass stage, will undoubtedly be the Australian d’n’b gods Pendulum with a DJ set.

Harder Styles fans will also find their place at the Imagination Festival. This year, five foreign stars will make their debut. Aversion, currently one of the fastest-growing names in the global Hardstyle scene, will be visiting Prague for the first time. Barber, who undoubtedly belongs to the absolute world top of the uptempo hardcore genre, will also be present. Czech audiences will also see Never Surrender, Dither, and The Purge for the first time. The headliner of the Harder Styles stage will be D-Sturb, returning to the Czech Republic after three years with a new album.

The second studio album by the band Island Mint titled SLUN has been available for listening on all streaming platforms since midnight today. The Prague indie group is releasing new music after three years, a hundred concerts, and is taking a harder sound. The album launch will take place on Friday, October 31, at the Prague club MeetFactory, together with the rock’n’roll band Branko’s Bridge. "With the new album, our live show has completely changed. At MeetFactory, we will present Island Mint in a new, sharper form for the first time, and we look forward to the fans' reactions," invites the band's frontman Matyáš Adámek, further explaining: “The new album features elements of trip-hop, downtempo, country, and stoner rock, with electronic elements seamlessly blending with acoustic instruments.” The album SLUN is the result of exploring the boundaries of how disparate elements the band can combine into a cohesive whole, and it overall carries a dirtier vibe.
