"Thanks to its location, the Roztyly Plaza building naturally fits into the concept of P+R parking lots, which facilitate combined transport and reduce the burden of the city center by individual car traffic. We believe that drivers will appreciate both the comfortable entrance to the garages from Tomíčkova Street, spacious parking spaces, movement in the garages, and almost direct access to the vestibule of the Roztyly metro station on line C. We are very pleased that the modern Roztyly Plaza building, which offers the last available office spaces, naturally complemented not only the new services and shops but also the local area." adds Martin Unger, Technical and ESG Director, Passerinvest Group.

The entrance to the garage is directly from Tomíčkova Street. The parking lot offers spacious parking spaces and above-standard entrances. Purple paint was used for greater safety and clarity.
