Ice events on the rink are an ideal opportunity to brighten up the frosty winter days. On Saturday, February 7th, the Ice Games will kick off at the rink of the Metropole Zličín shopping center with a grand opening, during which we will present a packed program full of winter fun for the entire month. Come take a photo on the ice throne or check out the live show featuring the carving of themed ice sculptures. Collect competition cards, gather stamps throughout February, and participate in the race for the title of the top three athletes and valuable prizes from the Bauer brand and the Ice Rink Prague. The winners will be announced at the grand finale of the games. The festive start will conclude with a parade, a joint honorary lap for skating, and a disco on the ice from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 1:30 PM, a moderator will guide you through the program, introducing you to selected winter sports in a tasting format. Each day will be dedicated to a different sports discipline. On Saturday, February 8th, you will be able to try the basics of figure skating technique and also watch themed performances. On Friday, February 14th, the program will focus on hockey shooting at the goal and slalom, while on Saturday, February 15th, it will be about curling in the form of throwing. On February 21st, you can look forward to biathlon – participants will receive starting numbers and complete a combination of skating and shooting in various positions, supplemented by a number of other activities. The finale of the Ice Games program will culminate on February 22nd with a packed program featuring a brief recap of all sports and the opportunity to try again the one you enjoyed the most.
