The festival will kick off on Friday, June 19, at 2 PM. On Saturday, visitors can arrive as early as 10 AM. The festival will last until 9 PM on both days. The organizers expect a large turnout. “This year marks the 14th edition of the festival. Attendees can look forward to a rich selection of microbreweries from across the country. Visitors can enjoy both regular participants and breweries that will be attending the festival for the first time. There will be traditional Czech lagers as well as various top-fermented beers, which are now standard at microbreweries. Every year, over ten thousand visitors come to the festival, and 14 thousand liters of beer will flow,” described Jiří Sedláček, the director of the Pivo na Náplavce festival.
Part of every edition of the festival also includes food stalls that pair well with beer. These will not be missing this year either. „With a wide range of flavors and aromas, festival visitors will be served at 25 food stalls. There will be various grilled meat delicacies, Balkan specialties, Belgian fries, burgers, guacamole, quesadillas, and tacos, sausages made from free-range pigs, topped bruschetta, artisanal pizza, and in addition, quality coffee,“ listed Jiří Sedláček.

Entry to the festival is free. The method of beer tasting remains the same for this year's edition. Throughout all editions, beer is served in glasses, which the organizers aim to reduce unnecessary waste in the form of plastic cups, and moreover, beer tastes better from glass.
The Pivo na Náplavce festival is not just about drinking beer and great gastronomy; there is also a supporting music program prepared. „During this year's edition, bands such as Motovidlo, Asi20?!, Friday morning, Radio hot club Praha, Jazz underground, and Vocal sextet – za5 will perform. Additionally, on Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, there will be a Beer flea market as part of the program, where collectors can supplement their collections of labels, coasters, caps, and other beer-related items,“ concluded Jiří Sedláček.
