Old rivals and above all friends return to the big screen in a new adventure. A magical compass takes Tom and Jerry into the world of legends.
Tom and Jerry this time will cross all previous boundaries with their eternal pranks! The cunning mouse Jerry secretly sneaks into the Manhattan museum for the exhibition of a magical compass – a legendary artifact shrouded in mystery. Hot on his heels is the tireless cat Tom, the newest member of the museum security, who will do anything to finally catch his little rival in a grand way. However, their traditional game of cat and mouse soon gets tangled up. Just a moment of inattention and the magical compass pulls them into a world where ancient legends come to life, mythical monsters roam, and trouble lurks around every corner. If these two want to get back home, they will have to forget their brawls and join forces. They are in for an adventure that will definitely not just be about who outsmarts whom! At Prague Zoo, offspring of three species of snakes that had not previously bred here have come into the world. For the first time, two hatchlings of the recently discovered northern Australian python were born for science. The remaining species are live-bearing – a total of ten baby snakes were born to a female brown boa, an endemic species from Madagascar. The third reptile being bred for the first time is an underground inhabitant of Asian sand dunes: a female Tatar python delighted her keepers with four offspring.

The summer stage of the Ungelt Theatre is almost sold out. However, the theatre still offers a number of great performances.
Interest in this year's Summer Stage has exceeded expectations. By the end of July, more than 80% of all tickets have been sold out, yet the theater program continues until mid-September, and audiences still have plenty to choose from. This year's repertoire focuses on genre diversity – from thrilling stories inspired by novels about the talented Mr. Ripley to energetic comedies by British author Marie Jones.

Visitors to the center can also look forward to a rich fourteen-day accompanying program for the whole family, which will kick off on July 20th.
