The first performance of the Kyiv Camerata in Prague brings a unique musical dialogue between Ukraine and Central Europe.
The first performance of the Kyiv Camerata in Prague brings a unique musical dialogue between Ukraine and Central Europe – a concert in which distinct traditions merge into a common European polyphony. The concert at the Bethlehem Chapel is part of an international tour focused on reflecting cultural continuity and mutual ties among the countries of the Danube region, to which the Czech Republic culturally and historically belongs. The program connects works by Ukrainian composers with the creations of Czech composer Antonín Dvořák, creating an artistic dialogue across time and space. On July 28, the tones of classical music will intertwine in the Bethlehem Chapel in an atmosphere of cultural resonance, mutual understanding, and shared European identity. The National Soloists Ensemble Kyiv Camerata is one of the most successful and recognized musical ensembles in Ukraine. The ensemble performs on prestigious world stages – such as Carnegie Hall in New York and the Berlin Philharmonic – fulfilling the mission of cultural diplomacy and presenting Ukrainian classical music to the world. In addition to concert activities, the ensemble is also intensely engaged in recording projects. We warmly invite you to a unique concert during which you will discover the richness of the musical traditions of Ukraine and the Czech Republic as performed by the Kyiv Chamber Philharmonic – Kyiv Camerata. Conductor: Ivan Cherednichenko Soloists: Kateryna Suprun - viola, Dmytro Tavanec - piano, Bohdana Pivnenko - violin Program: Zoltán Almaši, Yevhen Stankovych, Oleksandr Rodin, Oleksandr Kozarenko, Volodymyr Zubytsky, Antonín Dvořák
