During the cruise, we will introduce the revitalization of the Prague riverbanks, bridges, and new connections, and we will take a look at how not only the city center is developing.
How does a city along a river work? And what all needs to hold together for the Vltava to serve not only recreational and transport purposes but also technological functions? On the next summer boat cruise of Bohemian Rhapsody, we will focus on projects along the river. We will present the revitalization of the Prague banks, bridges, and new connections, and we will look at how the city center is developing in comparison to Karlín and Holešovice. What is changing in Bubny or Troja? Together with the host Jiří Jaroš and colleagues from IPR Prague, we will showcase key projects and principles that influence the shape of our metropolis.

TRIPLE SUCCESS IN TROJA: PRAGUE ZOO REPORTS FIRST BREEDING OF THREE SNAKE SPECIES
At Prague Zoo, offspring of three species of snakes that had not previously bred here have come into the world. For the first time, two hatchlings of the recently discovered northern Australian python were born for science. The remaining species are live-bearing – a total of ten baby snakes were born to a female brown boa, an endemic species from Madagascar. The third reptile being bred for the first time is an underground inhabitant of Asian sand dunes: a female Tatar python delighted her keepers with four offspring.
