Harrachov is home to the only freestyle bungee jumping in the Czech Republic. Jumps are performed from the judges' television tower at the ski jumps, which rises to a height of 36 meters and offers breathtaking views. Interested individuals can choose from several types of jumps, including tandem or special winter variants on a snowboard or bigfoots. This adrenaline experience is ideal for overcoming fear and enhancing team support. Harrachov bungee jumping is the world leader and represents a perfect alternative to similar experiences in New Zealand.

The Liberec Region, as one of the few places, offers a unique form of adrenaline, which is rock climbing in the Bohemian Paradise. Thanks to the presence of unique rock formations, sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to try it for themselves. In the climbing area of Hruboskalsko, there are over 400 towers, some reaching heights of up to 55 meters. The rock towers are often located in close proximity, allowing climbers to transition from one to another using a rope. Among the most famous rocks are Blatník, Maják, Zlatá vyhlídka, and Dračí zub. It is necessary to pay attention to nature protection, so if the surface is wet or damp, do not climb on the rocks.

Golf is a sport that has become a symbol of luxury and prestige, and the Liberec Region is no exception. Ypsilon Golf Liberec, set in stunning nature far from the busy city center, offers exceptional team building in a unique environment. English architect Keith Perston created 18 specific holes here that will guide you through hilly terrain. This course, which has won the title of the best golf facility in the Czech Republic in 2006, 2007, 2023, and 2024, offers not only perfect facilities but also an unforgettable stay on the water with 10 houseboats accommodating 40 beds. For corporate events, the golf facility is an ideal place. After a golf lesson, you can sit in the conference room at the local clubhouse or use the outdoor terrace and enjoy a relaxed barbecue.

From May to September, you can enjoy adrenaline on water skis or wakeboards in the Wake Sport Park in Česká Lípa or the Cable Wake Park in Stráž pod Ralskem. Thanks to the water cableway, speeds of up to 30 km/h can be achieved, both individually and in groups. Both facilities also offer additional activities such as mini-golf, paddleboarding, or beach volleyball, and the possibility of accommodation in local campsites. Wake Sport Park in Česká Lípa also prepares tailored corporate programs, including an instructor, refreshments, and musical accompaniment.

However, the Liberec Region is not only about sports activities. The Crystal Valley, which stretches across the region, offers a unique experience for lovers of history, art, and crafts. Visitors can try traditional glass-making techniques at several locations throughout the region, watch the work of master glassmakers, or even create their own product. Among the most significant places are the glassworks in Nový Bor, the Museum of Glass and Costume Jewelry in Jablonec nad Nisou, and the AJETO and Rautis glass manufactory in Poniklá, where you can create your own pearl decoration.

For beer lovers and traditional Czech gastronomy, the Liberec Region offers team-building activities in local breweries, where teams can not only relax but also learn something new. The Cvikov Brewery, located in the picturesque foothills of the Lusatian Mountains, allows visitors to peek into the secrets of brewing and taste unfiltered beers brewed according to original recipes. In Svijany, one of the oldest breweries in the Czech Republic, you can explore an interactive exhibition, learn more about the history of beer production, and end the day with a tasting directly in the historic castle complex. The Born Brewery in Nový Bor combines tradition with a modern approach and offers guided tours with the opportunity to taste special beers.

Thanks to its diverse landscape and wide range of activities, the Liberec Region offers options for every type of company – whether you are looking for excitement, fun, or a peaceful escape from the office. Quality facilities ensure that your team leaves strengthened and with new energy.
