Costa Blanca, often nicknamed "European Florida", stretches along the southeastern coast of Spain, where you are welcomed by long sandy beaches, more than 300 sunny days a year, and diverse recreational opportunities. Our apartments can be found in the vicinity of the resorts of Torrevieja and La Mata Beach, which are places perfectly suited for families with children, lovers of relaxation and comfort, as well as for couples or groups of friends seeking an active vacation. If you are looking for gourmet experiences, look forward to traditional paella, delicious seafood, or refreshing sangria in local restaurants. The local cuisine is as diverse as the landscape – from fish specialties to crispy churros for sweet-toothed palates.

We offer over twenty apartments and villas, some of which are located just fifty meters from the sea. This way, you can indulge in a short walk on the warm sand every morning and inhale the scent of the sea air. If you are of an adventurous nature, we have tips for the most interesting excursions in the nearby and wider surroundings – whether you wish to explore historical landmarks, enjoy natural reserves, or savor an authentic siesta with the locals. Our years of experience in the tourism industry guarantee that you will take home only the best experiences. Moreover, the location boasts a strategic position with accessibility from several nearby airports, including Prague, Vienna, and Pardubice, making travel easier for families with children.

For maximum convenience, we offer the option to book with a 50% deposit – the rest is paid upon arrival. This eliminates the risk, as you will pay the larger part only when you see for yourself that the accommodation meets your expectations. If you have been considering spending more than just a few days by the sea, try our long-term stay. Increasingly, digital nomads are heading our way, who can work online carefree while gazing at the crashing waves. Cheaper energy is just another bonus that you will appreciate, especially in the winter months.

To make your vacation as smooth as possible, we offer solutions regarding transportation as well. For those who do not want to deal with paperwork with car rentals, we can easily arrange a transfer from the airport to your apartment. However, if you prefer to travel on your own, you have the option to rent a car from us at a favorable rate without hidden fees. Additionally, we will provide you with all the important information via WhatsApp before your departure, in Czech, so you won’t be confused about what to do upon arrival.

Costa Blanca also attracts investors due to the long-term rising property prices and strong demand for accommodation. If you wish to acquire your own apartment on the coast, we provide a complete service: from legal advice, tax information, to management and marketing if you decide to offer your property for rent. You will find that turning your Spanish dream into a profitable investment can be easier than you ever imagined.

We must not overlook the quality of healthcare in the area, which is especially important for families and long-term residents. You will find modern clinics, hospitals, and private healthcare facilities where you can communicate with doctors in English. Overall safety remains at a high level.

Costa Blanca is a place that thrives on culture and leisure activities. You can play golf, take a stroll along the beach promenade, engage in water sports, or simply enjoy relaxing evenings with traditional music and dance. You will also be captivated by local markets with fresh fruits, vegetables, and handmade products that perfectly complement the true Spanish atmosphere.

We want you to feel at home in Costa Blanca and fully enjoy every moment of your stay. Therefore, we take care of all practical details from cleaning to bookings and customer communication. If you are interested in your own property, take advantage of our legal and administrative support, which will make the transfer and any necessary documentation a matter of just a few steps.

PRAGUE ZOO WAS THE FIRST ZOO IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC TO BREED THE WHITE-TAILED HORNBILL.

In Prague Zoo, two chicks of the Mindanao bleeding-heart are on display. This is the first breeding of this Philippine endemic in Czech zoos and, above all, the first European breeding of this species in the second generation. This promises further development of breeding and the creation of a backup population in human care. The population of these birds in the wild is declining due to deforestation, hunting, and also illegal trade. According to the IUCN Red List, the Mindanao bleeding-heart is classified as vulnerable, with its numbers having decreased by a fifth over the last decade and continuing to "rapidly decline."
