FUZE: Where business, gastronomy, and experiences meet

FUZE: Where business, gastronomy, and experiences meet

Prague has been changing faster than ever in recent years. Next to the historic streets, new places are emerging that give the metropolis a new face – modern, confident, and vibrant. One of them is the area around Masaryk Station. Its dominant feature is one of the most striking new buildings in Prague – Masaryčka, designed by the world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid. Today, thousands of people flow around it, heading for work, culture, entertainment, and gastronomy. And it is right here that a place has been created that connects these worlds.

New edition

It's called FUZE

FUZE is not just another restaurant in the center of Prague. Its face changes several times throughout a single day. At noon, guests enjoy working lunches and business meetings. In the afternoon, it is reserved for networking events and informal gatherings over beer after work. In the evening, friendly meetings, family celebrations, graduations, birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate parties, festive buffets, or gala evenings take place. And the next day, a group of foreign tourists can quietly have lunch here after just arriving to explore Prague.

The options for utilizing the FUZE restaurant for specific events are just as diverse. Sometimes a few tables are enough for family gatherings, while other times a separate part of the restaurant is needed for a private company. Larger events can occupy an entire floor, and for the biggest ones, the whole restaurant can be reserved with a capacity of up to 300 guests. In the summer, a spacious garden terrace is also available.

A place that is conveniently located from all sides

And then there is the location. Masaryk Station is literally a few steps from the restaurant, Main Station, Republic Square, Florenc, metro, trams, and buses are within walking distance. Right next to it runs a main road, making it easy to arrive by car or taxi. Guests from Prague, other cities, and abroad do not have to navigate across the entire city. For a corporate event for dozens or hundreds of people, this detail stops being a detail. Just like for a travel agency that needs to bring a group of foreign tourists for lunch.

Gastronomy as part of the experience

Every successful event primarily depends on gastronomy. FUZE has it under the direction of chef Jakub Hirsch. The open kitchen, ovens, and wood grills are not hidden away in the back. Guests can literally watch the chefs at work and see how their food is created. Depending on what is being celebrated or organized, the menu changes – from working lunches and brunches to served dinners, buffets, cocktails, and festive banquets tailored to the occasion.

And FUZE is also inseparably linked to its own award-winning brewery. The beers that are brewed right on site are cared for by brewmaster Aleš Paik. Guests drink it just a few meters from the tanks where it was brewed. For some, a detail; for a beer lover, a significant difference. And for an event, another thing that guests will remember.

When the last item on the agenda doesn't end the evening

When the evening is to continue, quality sound systems, excellent acoustics, and the option for DJ performances or other musical programs are available. Afternoon corporate meetings do not have to end with the last point of the presentation, and family celebrations do not have to end with the last course of dinner.

With the end of the year comes the time for corporate parties, meetings with business partners, and thanking employees. However, FUZE is not just for companies. Birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, family and friends meet here. Sometimes there are ten guests, other times three hundred. The reason they came is always different.

Perhaps that is why some places do not become just restaurants, but part of the most beautiful moments. Places where people meet, new opportunities arise, toasting to life successes, celebrating significant anniversaries, and creating memories that people will carry long after they leave home.

PRAGUE THAT FITS IN A SUITCASE

Czech glass, designer jewellery, original artwork or a fragrance created in Prague. A souvenir needn't recall famous landmarks; it can tell the story of today's city and the people who create here. Prague's best-known motifs appear almost everywhere. Still, the city's most interesting mementoes are often found a few streets away, in design shops, small galleries and local artists' studios. Here you can discover a Prague that draws on a strong craft tradition while interpreting it in a contemporary and sometimes surprisingly playful way.
