The three-day conference offered a combination of expert discussions, inspiring presentations, and informal meetings. The main conference day took place with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic, the Regional Development Department of the South Moravian Region, the CzechTourism agency, and other key organizations. The program focused on current topics in the field, collaboration between institutions, evaluation of the association's activities, and sharing examples of good practice. In the Riding Hall, a space was created for partners to present their services and products through exhibition stands.
In addition to the professional part, the conference also included a supplementary program prepared by the tourist information center, which introduced Znojmo as an attractive tourist destination to the participants. There were guided tours of the historical center, the city walls, and a thematic tour "Znojmo in Legends." Participants visited the Znojmo underground, the South Moravian Museum, and the Brewery Exhibition, and climbed the town hall tower. The program also included a visit to the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and St. Wenceslas in the Louka Monastery complex, as well as walks along the Dyje River. Interested parties could also embark on thematic excursions outside Znojmo, for example, to the castle in Moravský Krumlov with the Slav Epic or to the Lahofer winery.
Many local partners contributed to the organization of the event. Catering during the three days was provided by the Secondary Vocational School and the Secondary Vocational School of SČMSD Znojmo, while sweet snacks and afternoon breaks were supplemented by the Dvořákova Secondary Vocational School.

"We greatly appreciate that we could host the forum and welcome participants from across the country in Znojmo. The event was held at a high organizational level, and the positive feedback from the professional public in the field of tourism confirms its success. The forum was beneficial and inspiring and contributed to strengthening cooperation across regions as well as to the further development of the activities of the Association of Tourist Information Centers. It was also confirmed that the Riding Hall Center is an ideal place for organizing conferences and large social events," stated Jaroslav Chaloupecký, director of the Znojmo Meeting House.

The A.T.I.C. Czech Republic member forum confirmed the importance of personal meetings and sharing experiences for the further development of tourist information centers and the entire tourism sector in the Czech Republic. It also presented Znojmo as a city that offers quality facilities for organizing events of regional significance.
The event was held with the financial support of the South Moravian Region.
