At the pig slaughter at U Zavadilů, none of the traditional dishes will be missing, from jitrnice to tlačenka to prejt.
Slaughter feasts, which must include all traditional dishes, are prepared by chefs from Lokál with the help of butchers from Amaso. Guests can then enjoy the individual specialties either on-site or take selected delicacies to go. A classic dish is jitrnice (properly known as jaternice), which tastes great both warm and cold, along with jelita that has a typical cumin aroma and tlačenka served with vinegar and onions. Among the hot dishes, there is a choice of slaughterhouse goulash, pork knuckle, prejt, or freshly fried pork schnitzels. For a snack or between courses, bread with cracklings or lard is a nice addition. No feast is complete without carefully crafted beer, which is a point of pride at Lokál.

Prague attracts thousands of people every year to one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Europe. To get into the festive spirit and enjoy the scent of mulled wine or to buy handmade products, many people head to the capital. However, Christmas in Prague doesn't have to be just about the markets, which often burst at the seams with the influx of tourists. For unique experiences, there is also the interactive exhibition Pilsner Urquell: The Original Beer Experience at Wenceslas Square.
On December 14th, the 22nd edition of the oldest freestyle motocross event in Europe will begin at the O2 Arena in Prague. The afternoon show is, of course, intended for parents with younger children. Otherwise, the program for both shows will be the same.
