Visit the new Žižkov café, where they bake fresh pastries every day according to the owner's grandmother's recipes.
Did you know that Tuesday, November 26, is Cake Day? You can celebrate it at the newly opened café and bakery called 300km, which you can find in Žižkov at Havlíčkovo náměstí.
What can you have at the 300km coffee and bakery?
Specialty coffee (from the Coffeespot roastery), rolled doughnuts, double-honorable cake, bundt cake, strudel, coconut slice...
Why the strange name 300km?
Havlíčkovo náměstí in Prague, where the café is located, and the home of Grandma Anička, after whom the baking is done, are exactly 300 km apart.

What must you try?
"Of all our desserts, the coconut slice is definitely the one that no one can miss. The base is coconut whipped with egg whites, topped with caramel and butter, and it’s all covered in chocolate," said Jakub Zubatý, the founder of the café, to CityBee.

PRAGUE ZOO AWARDED RICHARD PRIZES
Prague Zoo today awarded the Richard awards to its supporters and patrons. This took place during the traditional meeting with sponsors of the Prague Zoo and adoptive parents of its animals. The Great Richard was awarded to Colonel Milan Laniak of the Czech Army, the Small Richard went to the company Remobil, and the Wild Richard was awarded to Bidfood Czech Republic. The program also included the announcement of the results of the "I Photograph at Prague Zoo" competition, discussions with the Trojans, musical performances, and a special seal training session.
