The only thematic and curatorially conceived festival in the Czech Republic, aimed at promoting the medium of photography and its broader integration into contemporary art.
In recent years, the debate about the legacy of colonialism has dominated contemporary art. However, it is taking place without significant participation from representatives of Central and Eastern European countries and Central Asia, even though this part of the world also has deep historical experiences with colonialism and issues of racial discrimination. This is highlighted by a number of artworks from these regions that have not yet received adequate attention. The fourteenth edition of the Fotograf Festival, subtitled "Make Voices be Heard," focuses primarily on the voices of artists from these regions with the aim of expanding the existing international discussion on colonialism, postcolonialism, and discrimination to include perspectives from these areas.

Have you been naughty? We have bad news for you, because this year's Krampus show at the Exhibition Grounds will not be gentle with anyone. Up to 200 hellish beings will gather at one of the largest devilish events in the country, and they will not hold back with anyone, so if you have any misdeeds, it's high time to start behaving! On November 24th, a hellish suite will ruthlessly rampage through the Exhibition Grounds during two shows, and there will be no escape. However, those who have been good all year will mainly enjoy a great atmosphere, a fire show, masks, lots of fun, good food and drinks, and other accompanying activities. And the little ones, who are still without misdeeds, will be treated by the devils like kind fairies.
