An exceptional tasting evening with Crémants and wines from the French winery Vincent Stoeffler presents the harmony of Alsatian wines and seasonal ingredients.
The Vincent Stoeffler winery operates on 16 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Alsace, between the villages of Barr, Mittelbergheim, Heiligenstein, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, and Zellenberg. Thanks to the diversity of soils, a wide range of wines is produced from traditional Alsatian varieties, including wines from prestigious Grand Cru locations. All vineyards are managed organically, without the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Low yields enhance the expression of terroir, which is essential for the creation of exceptional wines, including Grands Crus, late harvests, and "Sélection de Grains Nobles." The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed very slowly, the wines ferment naturally, and they age on the lees in large oak barrels. The winery produces only wines from its own grapes and bottles them exclusively. It is also known for its excellent Crémants, which compete with Champagne in quality. Vincent Stoeffler focuses on purity, balance, and character – regardless of whether it is a basic wine or a Grand Cru.

The Radegast Brewery continues to fulfill its commitment to retain more water in the landscape by 2030 than it consumes for beer production. This year, it is launching a campaign in collaboration with the initiative "Let's Clean Up Czechia" to clean up watercourses and their surroundings, which people from all over the Czech Republic can join. Among the most active participants, the brewery intends to distribute 2,030 barrels for rainwater retention. All of this aims to retain water in the landscape and combat drought.
